Billy Reue graduated from Brenham High School and Blinn College. He also attended the University of Texas at Austin. He was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church and was an officer of Pledger, Reue and Associates in Brenham. He was a civil engineer and he served in the National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, four daughters and five grandchildren.
