Gregory was the son of the late Linda Turner Coots and Gregory Coots who survives.
He had become a school bus driver for the Middlesboro Independent Schools and he very much enjoyed interacting with the children on his bus.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a Sister: Katrina Coots and a Brother: Timothy Coots.
He is survived by the following members of his family:

Father: Gregory Coots of Middlesboro, KY
Children: Trina Coots and Cody (Brittany) Coots both of Middlesboro, KY
A very special granddaughter: Sydney Coots of Middlesboro, KY
