He is survived by daughter, Mr. and Mrs. H. Gerard (Mary Ann) Washburn, Houston, TX; sons, Mr. Edward Heron III, Acworth, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jones Heron of Roswell; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Friday, November 16, 1:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery. Pastor Santi Basiletti officiating.
The family will receive friends Thursday, November 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Rd., 770-993-4811.
