Mary Alice Dery, a resident of Canton Township, passed away on September 28, 2019 at the age of 86.
Mary was the beloved wife of Marvin and loving mother of Nancy (Bill) Jackett, Martha (Gary) Lovio, Jeannette (Mark) Steinhauer, Marvin (Kim) Dery, Sharon Foster and Alice (Mark) Leahy.
She was the cherished grandmother of Christopher, Gregory, Karen, Kurtis, Courtney, Kristen, Mary, the late Jimmy, George, Samantha, Patrick, Lucas, Emma and Jacob, and great-grandmother of Olivia, Landon and Gemma.
Mary was the dear sister of Catherine Johns, Estelle Burgoyne, Reverend Sylvester Taube, James (Kathy) Taube, Basil (Melanie) Taube, Margaret (Bill) Tebo, Titus (Cheryl) Taube and Patricia Solomon.
Visitation for Mary will be on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 12:00 - 9:00 p.m. with a Scripture at 7:00 p.m. at the L.J. Griffin Funeral Home, 42600 Ford Road (West of Lilley Road), Canton.
Mary will lie Instate on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas A'Becket Catholic Church, 555 S. Lilley Road (South of Cherry Hill), Canton.
Mary's final resting place will be at Holy Sepluchre Cemetery.
