Wesley Francis Kell was a graduate of Pepperell High School, Lindale, GA, Class of 1956. He was first married to Elinor June Holcombe Kell which ended in divorce and was later married to Maurine "Rene" Jones Kell until his death. He was the father of Angela Marie Kell Durden, Diana Faye Kell Gallegos, Dina Brooke Kell Hayes, and Tanya Ann Kell. He was the grandfather of 5. He was the son of John Asbury Kell and Rosa "Rosie" Sapp Kell. He was the brother of Eleanor Lucille Kell Kerce, Preston Calhoun Kell, Wilma Lee Kell Cleveland, Alvin Fletcher Kell, Eunice Vanita Kell Surles, Elbridge Gerry Kell, Pearl Naomi Kell Peavy, Gordon Webster Kell, Mary Virginia Kell Franklin, and Orin Oliver Kell and half-brother of Metta Grace Kell, Ellen Theodosia Kell Ritch, and Edith Evelyn Kell Ellison.
