GARY D. "PEP" PEPPARD
(1950 - 2007)

Gary D. "Pep" Peppard, age 56, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 9, 2007, in Marinette.

Born on May 18, 1950, in Manitowoc, he was the son of the late Daniel and Henrietta (Klenke) Peppard. Gary was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Manitowoc, class of 1969. While in high school, he was active in wrestling and football. He later spent five years with the Manitowoc Chiefs Football Team and another five years with the Green Bay Rugby Club. Gary was a Journeyman Steamfitter with Fox River Valley U.A. Local 400. He will be remembered as an avid sportsman and outdoorsman, especially deer hunting and enjoyed his time at the Shiocton Gun Club. "Pep" was a true free spirit who loved to ride his Harley.

He is survived by two sisters: JoAnn Peppard (Jerry Kautzer) of Crivitz, Mary Ann Peppard (Vern Wickman) of Port Wing; two brothers: Robert (Grace) Peppard, Charles (Julia) Peppard, all of Manitowoc; special friend, Nancy Hougard of Green Bay; many other family members and friends.

Private family services were held in keeping with Gary's wishes. Malcore (West) Funeral Home, Green Bay, is serving the family.
