SEPTEMBER 13, 1967 ~ OCTOBER 26, 2019 (AGE 52)
James Allen “Jim” Cracraft, 52, of Mt. Olivet passed away unexpectedly on Saturday October 26, 2019 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. Jim was born in Mason County on September 13, 1967 son of Ruby Allen Cracraft of Mt. Olivet and the late Carolyn Ann Devon Cracraft. He was a 1986 graduate of Deming High School and a member of Shannon United Methodist Church. He was a former employee of Wald Manufacturing and Clopay. He was a talented person who was an accomplished troubleshooter. He enjoyed farming and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Survivors other than his father are three sisters, Beth Murray Pendergraft (Robert) of Augusta, GA, Kay Watts (Mike) of Cincinnati and Sarah Jane Cracraft of Mt.Olivet. Three nieces, Lauren Murray O’Neil, Juliana Murray Chapman and Kelsey Watts and a nephew, Logan Watts. Three great nieces also survive. Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory in May’s Lick with Dr. Mike Rice and Rev. Mike McArter officiating. Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 A.M until 1 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials suggested to American Diabetes Association 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202
