On August 8, 1955, she married Nicholas John Hawkins, b. 14 Jan. 1924, at Gallup, New Mexico. There were 4 children born to this union. Kenneth Earl; 1956, Karen Sue; 1957, Nicola Ann; 1960, and Ida Marie; 1963.
Susie's death was cause by cancer.
