Patricia Sue (Denton) Gottfried, 84, of English, Indiana, died on October 28, 2019 at Harrison County Hospital. She was born on July 23, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Floyd Denton and Lucille (Miller) Reimund.

She was a former manager for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Crawford County, store clerk for Stephenson's General Store in Leavenworth and receptionist for Dr. Google's Chiropractic Office in Corydon.

She was a member of the Marengo Christian Church and former member of the Marengo American Legion Post #84 Women's Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dennis Jack Hollis; and brother, Douglas Denton.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy J. Hollis-Deich of English, IN; grandchildren, Amber Silverthorn-True, Alicia King, and Andrew Hollis Silverthorn; step-grandchildren, Melanie Bracht, Dominick Bracht, Kevin Deich, Lindsey Deich; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and including the Denton Family.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
