Milton graduated from La Vega High School, in Waco, Texas and attended the University of Texas, Austin. He served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. He was active in the construction industry for 41 years and was owner of Gila Construction.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Russell Allen and Lottie Thelma Allen; a brother, John Russell Allen, Jr.; a sister Sybil Frosch; an infant twin brother, Alton Allen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the K Oaks Clubhouse, 7000 Bar K Ranch Rd. in Lago Vista, Texas 78645.
