Deceased Name: Claire T. Angelotti
Claire T. Angelotti, 79, 146 Railroad St., Girardville, died Monday at Pottsville Hospital/Warne Clinic.
Born in Locust Gap, she was the daughter of the late John and Sarah (Mintzer) Boylan.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Girardville; and attended (former) Locust Gap schools.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, Thomas Angelotti, 1944; brothers, Joseph, John, Charles and William Boylan; and sisters, Mary Drosey, Sue Smith, Betty Lenninger and Helen Boxer.
Surviving are her sons, Thomas Angelotti, Girardville; and Gene Angelotti, Frackville; her companion, James Botella; a sister, Kathleen "Pat" Durose, Girardville; a brother, Robert Boylan, Warminster; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Nieces and nephews also survive.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. from the Robert M. McDonald Funeral Home, 403 W. Main St., Girardville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Girardville. The Rev. Gregory Karpyn will be the celebrant.
Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fountain Springs.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
