Frank Marcus "Mark" Rabren was born on February 12,1926 in Paul, Alabama, the son of Vernon "Austin" Rabren (1904–1989) and Beatrice (Potts) Rabren (1909–1977).

He was married on August 29, 1948 in Alabama to Mildred Jackson (1927-2010), the daughter of Osie Jackson and Mamie ( -- ) Jackson.

Living in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Mark was 93 years old when he passed away peacefully on November 3, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, son Frank Kenneth "Kenny" Rabren (1949-2010), brother Paul Rabren and by his sister Marie (Rabren) Salter. Survivors included a daughter, four brothers [three of them married], two sisters and a brother-in-law, another brother-in-law, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and other family members.

Funeral Services were held in the chapel of First Baptist Church in Hendersonville, and burial was in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
