Lindsay was in the area. He is unconfirmed as being buried in the Boone Hays cemetery. He might have been buried at the Westport Cemetery as some Boone relatives were said to have been buried there.

I, Thomas Johnson, a minister of the Gospel of the Methodist church, do hereby certify, that on the 14th day of January A.D. 1832, I solemnized the rights of matrimony between Lindsay Boon and Sarah Grooms.
