Joyce M. Soluri, 82, of Grand Island, NY, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2019, at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Betty (Allen) Soluri.

Joyce attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1953. She began working at Moore Business Forms and was also employed by Alox Corp and Airco Alloys. She later retired from the Carbide and Graphite Group in 2000 after many years.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends who she especially enjoyed spending time with.

Joyce is survived by her siblings, Mary Lou (Mike) Ventry, Judy (Jim) Capolupo, Ron (Lucy) Soluri, and was predeceased by one sister, Eleanor (late Carmen) Piro. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Rene (Rick) Penale, Gina Pasquantino, Michael (Caroline) Ventry, Mark Ventry, Kathy Leckey, Maria Capolupo, Chris (Tori) Capolupo, Ron (Amy) Soluri and Theresa (Michael) Schuey, as well as many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 9th at 10:00 A.M. at St. Stephen's Church, 2100 Baseline Road, Grand Island, NY. Interment will be held in St. Stephen's Parish Cemetery, Grand Island, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice. Arrangements by M.J.
