He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Rosemary; children, Joseph (Cindy), Paul, Deborah (Mike) Coursey and Lisa (Steve) Capri; 9 grandchildren, Tara, Tia, Carly, Joseph, James, Markus, Jon, Ali and Jillian; 6 great-grandchildren, Arianna, Marchella, Gianni, Tiara, Angelina and John; sister, Marianne Belcastro; brother, Frank (Fellie); nieces, nephews and other relatives, Dolly (Rudy) Montana and Pam Paone. Joseph served in the Army Forces during WWII and Korea. He attended Brooklyn College and graduated from Fordham University, Magna Cum Laude and received his Master's Degree at NYU.
