Sidney E. Adams, of West Nyack, NY, passed away on Friday February 6, 2004 at the age of 69. Born in Long Beach, CALIFORNIA, on July 6, 1934, he was the son of Sidney E. and Adelaide Maduzia Adams. He graduated from Nyack High School and served in the United States Army in the 12th Engineering Battalion in Germany from 1957 to 1958. He liked fishing, hunting, camping and building model airplanes. Sidney was the Co-Owner of K & A Autobody in Sparkhill, NY. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Bettyann, daughter Karen Ross and and her husband Marc, Son, Joseph Adams, daughter, Kathleen Siuro and daughter Kristine Guterl and her husband Gary. Six grandchildren Daniel, Stephen and Mathew Ross, Brian and Kaitlyn Guterl and Dillan Adams and a sister, Joan Lyons and her husband Austin, also survived him as well as many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the family owned and operated Joseph W. Sorce F.W. Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday February 9, 2004 at 11:00 am in St. Anthony's Church, 34 West Nyack Rd., Nanuet. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
