Albert was the son of the late William Henry Watson and Mary E. Murty. He was a cutler by trade having been employed in New Britain, Hartford County, Connecticut and Warren County and later Crawford County in Pennsylvania. Albert is survived by his brother Edwin Louis Watson, his step-children Hazel Jeannette Mason Van Keuren and Frederick "Fred" Mason. He was predeceased by his wife Eliza Bradshaw Mason, and a step-daughter Eliza Mason Tillson. Where and if Albert's gravestone, if he had one, was undisturbed, or whether his bones were scattered is questionable as "Human bones, casket pieces found scattered in cemetery," and the cemetery operator was arrested for such was in an article on October 30, 2018 published in the Connecticut Post, Bridgeport, Connecticut. Albert was buried on September 5, 1952.
