Beverly Ann (Mankin) Osburn passed away peacefully on November 19, 2019 after an extended battle with Alzheimer’s. Beverly was born in Oklahoma City on February 16, 1937 to Gordon & Virginia (McCharen) Mankin. Beverly attended public schools in both Odessa, TX and Oklahoma City, graduating from Classen High School in 1955. She married James “Les” Conway on April 19, 1957. She and Les had 2 daughters, Cheri and Virginia Conway. Beverly married Wayne D. Osburn in Oklahoma City on January 16, 1981. Beverly was blessed with a beautiful singing voice, sharing this talent with Mayfair Heights United Methodist Church as a member of the choir. She was also a member of the Ladies Music Club, Epsilon Sigma Alpha, and various civic organizations. Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Jerry Mankin, her daughter Cheri Lynn Conway; and her husband Wayne Osburn. Beverly is survived by her daughter, Virginia Faye Conway; step son, Wes Osburn and his wife, Patty; cousin, Patty Harris and her husband Jim; cousin, Janie Shea; cousin, Johnny McCharen, and his wife Cindy. A celebration of Beverly's life will be 2 pm, Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with interment following in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Mayfair Heights United Methodist Church or Alzheimer’s Association.
