Marilyn F. Yucus, 87, formerly of Ladd, passed away November 11, 2019 in St. Margaret's Hospital in Spring Valley.

Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 AM Saturday in Nativity of Our Lord in Spring Valley with Rev. Scott Potthoff officiating. Burial will be in Valley Memorial Park in Spring Valley. Visitation will be 4-7:00 PM Friday in the Hurst Funeral Home in Ladd. Additional visitation will be in the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of services.

Mrs. Yucus was born in Walnut to Charles Dyche and Dorothy (Sarver) Royer. She married Paul F. Yucus on December 17, 1966 in St. John's Church in Walnut. Mrs. Yucus was a homemaker.

Mrs. Yucus was a past member of St. Gertrude's Church, St. Gertrude's Altar and Rosary Society, and St. Bede's Mothers' Club. She enjoyed doing word finds and playing cards with her family. She was especially fond of spending time with her grandsons and great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband on March 18, 2005, sister Shirley Thrasher, and brother Larry Dyche.
