LANCASTER -- Allan Wayne East, 55, of Bethel Road, died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Nov. 12, 1950, in Garrard County, he was a son of A.D. and Bernice East of Garrard County. He was a retired farmer, a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Antioch Church. Other survivors include three brothers, Tom East, Paul East and Jeff East, all of Garrard County. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Bryce McCulley. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason East, Jeff Soard, Bobby Curtis, Mike Elam, Kevin Preston and Robbie Montgomery. Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie, Jerry, Mike and Eddie Coffey, Billy Pendleton and Lloyd Sebastian. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Saturday.
