Shirley Jean Allen was born on October 9, 1934 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Homer and Oma Allen. She went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. Her father worked in the oil fields so she grew up in Oklahoma, lllinois, Texas and Wyoming. In 1949 she met and married Walter Higbie. Of that union there were born five children. After their divorce she married William Kennedy and they had one son.

She went back to school to train in nursing and worked in Casper, Wyoming. Shirley was an avid bowler. She also like to camp and fish. In later years she collected plates, spoons and dolls.

In 2003 she met and married Wilbur Schwartzendruber of Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Their union was a happy one, based on their love and the desire to love and serve their GOD and Lord Jesus Christ. Her health failed in 2016 and Wilbur was a constant care giver until she entered the nursing home.

She is survived by her husband, Wilbur; son William Higbie (Debbie); son Richard Kennedy (Holly); daughter Betty Toomer (John); sister Phyllis Brown (Jim): adopted sister Edwina Parmentier, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and two step children.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother William D. Allen; baby son; granddaughter Alicia Higbie-Maes and daughter Barbara Radi.

Shirley we love you and miss you but we will see you again around the throne of our Lord.
