Richard D. Campbell of Lupton, Michigan passed away on November 16, 2019 at the age of 90. He was born in Rochester, Michigan on December 20, 1928 to his parents Horace and Evangeline Campbell. Richard attended Rochester Schools before going on to join the Navy. He married Betty Falker on April 3, 1948 and they had 52 years together before she passed on March 4, 2001. He was the companion of Marilyn Gray.
He is survived by his beloved children Deborah (Gary) Warren, Pamela (Paul Dennison) Campbell Smith, and Dale (Mary) Campbell; grandchildren Janet Dayringer, Jessica Dayringer Vayda, Jennifer (Mike) Scholes, Brian Warren, Travis (Rachel) Campbell, and Chelsea (Byron) LeFlore; great-grandchildren Madison, Makenzie, Joey, Anna, Ella, Kyle, KyLeigh, and Rory; and brother Jim Campbell.
He is predeceased by his wife and his siblings Audrey, Louis, Betty, Don, and Mary Jo. Richards’s service will take place at Pixley Funeral Home located in Rochester.
