Born in Warren, Ohio, on July 27, 1949, Robert was the son of the late Robert J. and Julaine Marie Gates Bohn.
Robert is survived by his wife the former Linda A. Halligan.
A technician in the communication industry, Robert worked for AT&T and Mediacom and was also an independent contractor.
A veteran of the Navy serving from 1968 through 1972, Robert served two tours in Vietnam.
Besides his wife, Robert is survived by six children, Chris R. Bohn of Mingo, Iowa, Amy E. May of Yulee, Fla., Jeffrey D. Bohn of Ankey, Iowa, Joe G. Bohn of Manson, Iowa, Holly A. Fortenberry and Elisa R. Bohn both of Jacksonville, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; three sisters, Cynthia Purdie of Palm Bay, Fla., Theresa Kelly and Karen Luden both of Columbus, Ohio; and a brother, Dennis Bohn of Transfer.
