Tony DeFeo, 57, of 111 Butrnut Dr., DeWitt, died Tues. June 18. Mr. DeFeo, a native of Auburn, had lived in the Syracuse area for more than 60 years. He as an automotive facility inspector with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles nd at one time had been the owner of DeFeo's Motors on Grant Blvd. He was formerly a deputy with the Onondaga County Sheriffs Department. Mr. DeFeo was a Navy veteran of World War Two, and a member of Chapter 167 of the )i8abled American Veterans nd the Valley Post of the American Legion. He attended Holy Cross Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Christine Goodnow; three sons, Anthony of LaFayette, and John and Robert, both of DeWitt; seven daughters, Antoinette Stenuf of East Syracuse, Louann Mason and Christina and Jeanette DeFeo, all of DeWitt, Rosemary DiPasquale and Kathryn Picardo, both of Rochester^ and Theresa Williams of Fayetteville; his mother, Louise DiTomasso of Syracuse, two brothers, Joseph of East Syracuse and Michael of Onondaga Hill; two sisters, Ann Galtieri of Camillus and Josephine Ploski of Fairmount; 13 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Farone and Son Funeral Home handled the arrangements, and burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Services were June 21.
