A celebration of life for Chad Michael Adams of Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, December 5, 2019 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, Monroe, LA with Rev. Bill Lewis officiating.
Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 9am-11am at the funeral home.
Chad was born January 14, 1966 and passed from this life on December 1, 2019 at the age of 53.
Chad was a member and board member at Swartz First Assembly of God as he was also a member of a hunting club, he was an avid deer hunter and fisherman.
Chad will certainly be missed by all that loved him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Patsy Emken; step-father, Duane Emken; and grandparents, Opal and Poy Judy.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife Shawn Adams; daughter, Danielle Adams Tilden and husband Christopher Ray Tilden; and his fur babies Honey and Gravy; two brothers, Ray Lynn Jones and wife Debbie, and Roger Adams and wife Cheryl. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
