Bruce spent his career working for the phone company, starting at C&P of Logan and retiring at Verizon in Charleston.

He was an avid outdoorsmen and was always up for an adventure. He loved to sit around a campfire and ponder on many subjects. He always had an opinion and was eager to give his 2 cents.

Bruce spent a majority of his time working on his farm raising critters and enjoying a simple country life. Bruce was a just man who loved everyone without prejudice and was always willing to give a helping hand to any one in need.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the community for their love and support. Upon Bruce’s wishes there will not be a service or visitation. Bruce was an avid environmentalist and in lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Environmental Defense Fund in its stead.
