Parents - Augustus Waldo and Alice Conner Cozzens.

Married Anne Beers on June 19, 1948 and they were the parents of four children. She predeceased him in 1992

They relocated to Essex Junction in 1952 and he was an active member of the First Congregational Church.

Employed at New England Telephone Company for 37 years. After his retirement, he enjoyed working for the Lake Champlain Ferry service in Grand Isle

After his wife died he split his time between Florida and his camp in North Hero.

Veteran - United States Navy, served in World War II on a minesweeper in the South Pacific.

Member of the Bell Atlantic Telephone Pioneers and was a member of the Free Masons since 1949, most of that time spent with Ethan Allen Lodge No. 72 achieving a Past Masters Degree.

Survived by his children (3 sons and 1 daughter) and their families; his grandchildren; and several great grandchildren
