SALLY LOU PANKRATZ
(1947 - 2013)
Sally Lou (Smejkal) Pankratz returned to our Father in heaven on July 17, 2013. She is proceeded in death by her parents Walter & Harriet (Seyller) Smejkal of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Her surviving immediate family members include her brother John and his wife Ann. She leaves her nephews Ben Smejkal, Ian Smejkal and his wife Rebekah and their two children Ethan & Evan, and her niece Elizabeth and her husband Lee Pederson and their three children Christopher, Alex and Andrew. Sally's husband Donald Pankratz survives her death after twenty nine years of a wonderful marriage.
Sally was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 26, 1947, and was sixty six years old. She graduated from Lincoln high school in 1965, received a bachelors degree in computer science from UW Madison, and a masters degree in business administration. Sally worked as a computer analyst for AT&T, Ameritech, and IBM during her career.
As her husband, I cannot express how much grief and sorrow I feel about this sad, sad day. Sally was my Love and my Life, and going on without her with me will be the most difficult path that I will experience in my lifetime.
There will be a memorial celebration of her life held in her memory in the near future. An announcement will be published in the newspaper and by invitation. Right now her family, relatives, and friends need time to grieve the loss of this beautiful soul and spirit. We are all so, so sad, my heart hurts.
