Barbara E. Bourell, 57, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away November 1, 2019, at Diversicare Health and Rehabilitation Center, Hutchinson, Kansas.Barbara was born in Wichita, Kansas on November 15, 1961, the daughter of Marion and Elizabeth Bourell.
Barbara enjoyed playing softball and loved to go bowling. She was a kind person and took care of any animal she came across. She loved to sit at home watching her favorite shows, drinking Dr. Pepper, and playing the lottery. She was a loving mother to her 2 children.
Barbara is remembered by her son, Holdon of Hutchinson, Kansas; her daughter, Melody of Hutchinson, Kansas; her brother, Michael of Wichita, Kansas; her grandchildren, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her nephew, Ryan Bourell.
A gathering for family and friends will be held Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home, 528 Noirth Main Street, Hutchinson, Kansas.
