Son of Benjamin Fletcher Biggs and Willie Ann Kilborn. Father of Cecil Willard Biggs and Jimmie Bee Biggs (Cox)Married to Mary Ann Rife in 1911 and later divorced in the late 1930's then Married Jenny Biggs. Owned and operated a Gas Station and Night Club Called White Rock Gardens in White Rock Tx near Mexia. A Regular at his the club on Saturday nights was Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys. After selling the club and marring Jenny they moved around a little bit. He moved to San Antonio for a brief period of time and went back to work for the railroad. After leaveing there they moved just north of Little Rock were he went back to his roots and took up farming again. About a year before his death they moved back to Mexia. There is still uncertainty amongst the family about his death. Most belive that Jenny was responsible.
