Norman was a graduate of Lenar High School, Appalachian State University, and received his degree Juris Doctor degree @ University of Louisville Law School.
A long time resident of Black Mountain North Carolina, practicing his Law for 35 years. He was the epitome of Christian Law, his faith in God, his Lord and America.
Norman was an avid Civil War collector. And a salt water fisherman.
He was a retired Colonel of the US Army/Jay Division. An active member of First Baptist Church of Black Mountain, NC.
Norman was kind caring man, always going that extra mile for clients and friends a like. His small law office was an open door for all who walked within. If his door was open it was okay to just walk right in and talk a spell. His greatest conversations was of fishing, and his son, Andrew. A very kind, considerate man, caring and always thinking of his family and friends. He was a wise man, with great knowledge of law.
He shall be remembered always within the small community of Black Mountain, NC, by all. It is a great loss to his community, family, friends and associates. An honor to know him by us all.
