Lydia A. Palzer, 95, formerly of 1511-24th Street, Two Rivers, died Thursday noon, May 23, 1991, at North Ridge Care Center, Manitowoc.

Memorial Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Rev. Greg Smith will officiate with cremation having taken place.

She was born July 17, 1895, in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Frank and Anna Eis Palzer. She was employed as a private secretary to Edward Hamilton for 50 years, retiring in 1968.

Survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, Alfred and Julia Palzer of Two Rivers and Julia Palzer of Two Rivers, Hugo and Lorraine Palzer of Two Rivers; many nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Frank, Arthur, Clarence, and an infant, Joseph, three sisters, Annie Kates, Amelia Schaefer, and Adeline Payette.

Friends may greet the family from 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the church until the hour of service. Klein and Stangel Funeral Home assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
