Susan S. Radey, age 61, of N11314 Popple Lane, Athelstane, Wis., formerly of Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Tuesday, December 15, 1998, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, December 18, 1998, at the Manitowoc Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4915 Hecker Rd., Manitowoc. Officiating will be Mr. Jack Bates.
Susan was born July 16, 1937, daughter of Ora Prestine Voelker and the late Irvin Voelker. She attended schools in Manitowoc, graduating with the class of 1956 from Lincoln High School. Susan enjoyed the peaceful serenity of the northwoods. She married Al Radey May 11, 1957, in Manitowoc. She was a member of the Wausaukee Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She is survived by six children, Connie Radey, Arkansas, Chuck and Kathryn Radey, Manitowoc, Craig and Ann Radey, Manitowoc, Colleen and Jim Blau, Manitowoc, Colette and Alan Ringmeier, Green Lake, Corinne Radey, Middle Inlet; seven grandchildren, Hanna, Halette, Huri, Zach, Danielle, Landon, Haden; her mother, Ora Voelker, Manitowoc; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Douglas and Nancy Voelker, Manitowoc, Don and Mary Voelker, Salt Lake city, Utah; further survived by Al Radey, Middle Inlet.
Relatives and friends may call from 6 p.m. Friday until the time of services at 7 p.m. at the Manitowoc Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name.
