Of Jackson passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019 under the loving care of his family, the staff at the Countryside Manor and Southern Care Hospice at the age of 96 years. Survived by his children, Margaret (Tom) Graham of Grand Rapids, Phillip Bullinger of Las Vegas, James (Susan) Bullinger of Jackson, Martha (Mike) Clem of Ada, Mary Jo (David) Loeb of Pensacola, Florida, Joseph (Jo) Bullinger of Littleton, Colorado and Barbara Martin of Las Vegas, 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, two sisters, Ellen Lincoln and Ann Martin, two brothers James and Richard Bullinger, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years Jean Marie, son in law Bob Martin , seven brothers and two sisters. Charles was a U.S. Veteran of WWII and worked many years as a Tool and Die Maker at Walker Manufacturing. He enjoyed golf, walking with his wife Jean and traveling the country visiting his children and grandchildren. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019
at 10:30 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with Father Tim MacDonald officiating. Private Interment at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 5 to 8 PM with a Vigil Service at 7 PM. The family will also receive friends at the Church on Monday from 10 to 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Queen's Church or Lumen Christi High School would be appreciated.
