She was born in Putnam County on Aug. 10, 1936, the daughter of Robert A. and Gertrude France Ziegelman.
Betty had been a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Cline Sr.; children, Richard L. (Vickie) Cline Jr. of Cloverdale, Rodney (Mindy) Cline of Belle Union and Cindy (Mark) Wager of Greencastle; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Estelle Ziegelman and Darlene (Gary) Biddle; cousins, Terry and Donna Cline; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents; son, Randy E. Cline; a sister, Betty Imel; and brothers Bobby and Billy Ziegelman.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 31 at 11 a.m. at Walnut Chapel Cemetery, with burial to follow. Visitation will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville.
