Jacob Clyde Ambrose, 86, a retired carpenter, died at 9 a.m. yesterday at Louisville Marine Hospital. He lived at 5127 Murray Lane.
Ambrose, a native of Nelson County, is suvived by three daughters, Mrs. May Schuble, Mrs. Mabel Sacra, and Miss Bertha Ambrose; two sons, W. E. and Lee Ambrose; a brother, Robert Ambrose, and nine grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Boulevard. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery.
