Sharon Laura Arey, age 77, of London, Kentucky passed away on January 11, 2020 at her residence.
She leaves behind two children, Scott Currie of Jacksonville, NC, Julie Currie Brown & husband Craig of London, KY; one sister, Suzanne Byrnes & husband Thomas of Steep Falls, Maine; five grandchildren, Evin Brown, Danielle Brown, Andrew Brown, Brian Devlin, Victor Devlin; plus, a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Evin Brown & Ethel Robbins Brown; one son, Evin Currie; one brother, Angus Brown.
She was employed by Burnham & Morrill Company for over thirty years.
Sharon was a good Christian lady that was very devoted to her family and friends where she loved to spend quality time with them. She was an avid reader, loved to crochet, and liked to play Bingo. Sharon fought a valiant, hard fight against cancer and passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.
A memorial service and burial for Sharon, will be held at a later date. She will be buried with her parents , brother and son in Brooklawn Memorial Park, Portland. ME.
