According to "Family Memorials: Genealogies of the Families and Descendants of the Early Settlers of Watertown, Massachusetts, Including Waltham and Weston; to which is Appended the Early History of the Town", by Henry Bond (1885), Sarah and Dr Brown had a dau, Sarah Walley Brown b. 27 Apr 1842 d. 1 Dec 1844. And it may be she is not in this cemetery. There is not another child named Sarah given in the book; this is who is at the cemetery:
