Ann G. Ellis, 62, of Abbeville, wife of Rayford Ellis, died suddenly on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the Abbeville Area Medical Center. She was born in Clinton, SC to the late W. Leon & Juanita Sims Glen. Mrs. Ellis was a devoted member of Congregational Holiness Church and will be remembered as a loving, wife, mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Ellis is survived by her husband of 43 years of the home; two sons, Kevin Ellis and his wife Amy of Morgantown, WV and Keith Ellis and his wife Candice of Abbeville; two brothers, Bill Glen of Greenwood and Ronnie Glen of Newfoundland, Canada; five grandchildren, Ben and Claire Ellis of Morgantown, WV and Allen, Joey and Carsen Ellis of Abbeville; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00PM to 7:00PM Saturday, March 20, 2010 at Harris Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00PM Sunday, March 21, 2010 at the Congregational Holiness Church with the Rev. Tye Sorrow officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. The family is at the residence.
