He was a 50 year member of Avery Lodge 593 F&AM and Farragut OES Chapter # 459 where he was a Past Patron. Tom taught school in Roane and Knox Counties for many years and retired as a chemist from Union Carbide K-25. Wife; Anna Roberts Crowder. Son; Rev. Douglas. Daughters; Gretchen C. Harvey and Gorda Singletary. Brother; Ken Crowder. Sister; Helen Lewis.
