Melissa Rowena Price, 53, of Salina, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2020 in Pryor, Oklahoma. She was born on February 24, 1966 in Claremore, Oklahoma; the daughter of Charles and Minnie Pearl (Wolfe) Price.
Melissa worked as an assistant teacher at Cherokee Nation Headstart and various other jobs around Mayes County. Melissa attended the Coo-Y-Yah Baptist church in Pryor. She enjoyed the outdoors; especially fishing and camping. She loved watching Christmas movies no matter the time of year. Her favorite times were spent with her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a blessing to all who knew her.
Serving as casket bearers were Charles Milam Burrow, Cory Lee Burrow, Bub Price, Brownie Price, Dion Price, and Frank Burrow.
