Mr. Cameron Aaron Adcock, 79, husband of Alice Yancey Adcock, veteran of WWII, died Friday, April 16, 2004 in South Boston. Mr. and Mrs. Adcock were married for 60 years. He was owner, operator of the Corner Restaurant from 1958 to 1962 and Wayside Restaurant from 1960 to 2000.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Gale and Steve Spain of LaCrosse, and Janice and Glenn Edwards of Buffalo Junction; brother, Doug Adcock of Oxford, N.C.; sisters, Katherine Strickler of Fredrick, Md., and Ruth Gomer of Dillwyn. Also surviving are two grandsons, Steve Randall Spain Jr. of Bracey and Christopher Ryan and
Sharon Spain of Chase City.
