He graduated from Edgewood High School in 1991. Kelcey worked as a Letter Carrier for the United State Postal Service delivering mail for 24 years. He was a member of the Stinesville Lions Club. Kelcey enjoyed motorcycles, auto racing and coaching his daughters traveling girls softball team. He attended the Ellettsville Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Linda Kay Acuff and his Grandparents.
Survivors include his wife, Andrea (Freeman) Acuff of Ellettsville; two daughters, Payton Acuff and Taylor Acuff both of Ellettsville; father, Greg Acuff; two sisters, Angie Acuff and Carrie Monroe both of Bloomington and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, February 10, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 11:00 am with Jarrod Jacobs officiating. Burial will be at Chambersville Cemetery after the services.
