Paula Lopez, 73, better known as Polly or Mama Lopez to the many kids she cared for, took her final breathe on Feb 3, 2020 and went to see our Lord and her husband, Joe, of 50 years. She fought a long, hard battle with illness. She never quit fighting, but her body and heart finally gave out.

She loved her family and wasn't afraid to fight for what she believed in. She believed that anything worth saying, is worth saying face to face and that there was no grey area in life. She told you the way it was and didn't believe in sugar coating anything. That is the way she showed respect.

She was an honest, hardworking mother who took pride in taking care of her family. She was a beautician in Arizona and when she moved to Idaho in 1977 became a stay at home mom. She worked hard with her husband to raise a good catholic family. She lived a good life and showed love to everybody by always showing up and being there for her family.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, Joe Lopez Sr., and survived by her daughter, Patricia Lopez, two sons, Joe Lopez Jr. and Gabriel; four grandchildren, Isabell, Aaliyah, Gabe Jr. and Tabitha Lopez. Paula also leaves behind Chris and Jake Jerome, two young men she loved like they were her own sons.

Thank you for being our Mom. We love you beyond words. Tell Dad "hi" for us and check in on us from time to time."
