Mrs. Dinkel was born on June 4, 1867, in the farm home where she lived all her life. For over 35 years she was a school teacher, teaching in Lock Berlin, Marengo and other school districts in the Town of Galen.
She was a member of the Clyde Presbyterian Church, Vandenberg Chapter, O.E.S. Clyde Grange, W.C.T.U. and Marengo Union Workers.
Surviving, besides her husband, are one sister, Elberta Hall, at home, and several cousins. Vandenberg Chapter O.E.S. conducted their memorial service at the home on Saturday evening at 7:30 o’clock.
Funeral services were conducted at the home on Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock, with the Rev. Albert L. Evans, pastor of the Clyde Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial was made in the Hall family lot in the Southwick Cemetery, Town of Junius.
