Jacqueline “Jacquie” Hihn, born April 2, 1945 was diagnosed with terminal cancer on Christmas Eve of 2019. She lost her heroic battle on February 7, 2020. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Elmo Hihn, her two sons John Hihn and Jeff Hihn, her six grand children Aidan Sturma, Chase Hihn, Zachary Hihn, Jacob Hihn, Seth Hihn, Sam Hihn, her daughters in law Bridget Hihn and Audrey Hihn, her loving brother Michael Bielicki, his Wife Connie and their three children Courtney Biller, Lindsay Bielicki, Chelsea Bielicki and her amazing great grand child Lorelei Hihn.

Jacquie worked for fifteen years, for an Oncologist, helping cancer patients during their chemotherapy. Many patients have stated that they did not believe they would have been able to continue with the therapy without Jacquie’s loving words. Patients also stated, Jacquie had contacted them after their chemotherapy was over, just to make sure they were adjusting well.

Jacquie’s family was her entire world. Her loving and caring spirit will be deeply missed. Even her last words were inspiring, “Everything happens for a reason, it will all work out.” That was Jacqueline Ruth Hihn.
