Jane was the daughter of the late John and Esther (Baldwin) Watson. She was a homemaker and had been employed in the Hendricks County Prosecutor's Office. She is survived by her husband, William Fritsche; three daughters, Sondra Kay Matthews of W. Va., Sue Fritsche of Indianapolis and Sally Jo Monson of Arizona; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, William W. Fritsche and a grandchild. Mrs. Fritsche died at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville at age 88.
