Frank married Alice E. Cunningham on February 22, 1888 in Searsport, Maine. It was the 1st marriage for both. After the birth of their first son, Everett, they relocated Frank's hometown, Winthrop, Massachusetts, where they had two more children, a son Harold, and a daughter Frances. They remained together until Alice's death in 1927.

In 1929, at Winthrop, Massachusetts, Frank married Barbara A. (Campbell) Norwood, a widow with 2 grown children. They had no children together and lived as part time residents between Winthrop, Massachusetts and Orlando, Florida. They remained together until Barbara's death in 1942.

In 1945, at Mansfield, Massachusetts, Frank married Estella (Fullerton) Patterson, a widow with no children. In 1946, Frank and Estella became permanent residents of Orlando, Florida where Frank was an orange grove owner and was engaged in the real estate business. They had no children and remained together until Frank's death.

Frank is interred with his 1st wife, Alice; his 2nd wife, Barbara; and his daughter, Frances A. (Belcher) Fredericks.
