She attended the First Baptist Church of Meadowview with her family, embracing the love of her Lord with her church family.
In her spare time, Evelyn enjoyed crafting, going to church, listening to music, going on picnics, and going to shows. She loved going to all sorts of places and being involved in so many things.
She is preceded in death by her loving husbands Billy Gene Cobb, Sr. and Joseph Mackey; her parents Onnie and Helen Newson; her grandson Anthony Shane Cobb; and her granddaughter April Quintana.
Evelyn is survived by her children Debby Dethrage, Gary Cobb, Sr. and wife Tammy, Randy Cobb and wife Tommie, Joyce Degase and husband Greg, Billy Cobb, Jr. and wife Teresa, Bob Cobb and wife Beth, Eddie Cobb and wife Denise, Ronny Cobb and wife Vergie, Troy Cobb and wife Gina, Jeremy Cobb and wife Leighanna; thirty three grandchildren; and fifty one great grandchildren.
