Dolores Alfaro, age 79, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren on February 15, 2020. Dolores was reunited in Heaven with her loving mother, Grace and husband, Eddie, whom she dearly missed.
Dolores loved life, living everyday to the fullest.
An amazing mother and Nana who was very spoiled by her children and grandchildren. Among her greatest joys were her great- grandchildren who kept her on her toes every weekend, Mia, Mikey, Sophia, Dean and her special, Eddie.
Dolores is survived by her three sons, Randy García, Robert García (Bernice) and Lawrence Alfaro (Linda), three daughters, Kathy Gutiérrez (Danny), Gloria Alfaro and Kristina Alfaro, 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, one sister, Mary Cuaron, one sister-in-law, Vivian Chávez-Flores and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
The Alfaro Family would like to thank each and everyone for the outpour of love and support given to them at this difficult time and for those who respected their privacy with their mother as they granted her final wishes.
Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd. SW. Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Pajarito Cemetery,Coors Blvd. SW. Reception will be at 12:00 p.m. at Saint Frances Xavier Parrish Hall, 820 Broadway Blvd. SE.
